This is just a feeling that will pass. I'm sure you've felt depressed before but things eventually got better.

I think the majority of us on here can fully empathise with you on this. It’s a horrible feeling, and there is times where you do not feel it will ever get any better.

I have fibromyalgia, so I know for the rest of my life I am going to be in pain, fatigued every day and all the mental health and other issues that go along with it. I know I get days where I want to give up, knowing I am never going to be fully better again. But then I have a few good days, sometimes even a few good weeks where even though I am still in pain, fatigued etc but one or two of my symptoms and conditions are more manageable. I may be able to go out, see friends and what not.

I hate telling people it will all get better, and act as if it’s never going to be bad again. But I try myself to think it’s not always going to be so bad, there will be days where it’s unbearable but there will also be fun days. And that things will pass.

everyone is here for you if you need

I cant give moral support in terms of peptalk about how you should keep fighting.

I feel like Im in hell myself today and yesterday and tomorrow and next week, next month, probably going to end up in same situation in the future lives also… because why not..

Sooo Im thinking maybe we can just feel misrable together for an hour or something and then find something less misrable to do later.. :BLAH:

Can you write down 1 thing on a piece of paper, what is fucked up? And maybe consider a way to solve that 1 thing?

I mean, I had such a list for years… a fucked up life list.
I have only so far managed to solve 1 problem on that list, but hey ..
That is one thing less to worry about.
Im trying to work on my second thing on the list, but .. its fucked up.. :floggingdeadhorse:
