dont understand what all this hurt and suffering is for i just dont understand this amount of hurt and struggling i dont get it anymore.. :'(
why cant i be happy like others and stop hurting i tried so hard to day
now sittin here cryin again

Have you tried reading? Sometimes reading a book can be a good form of escapism and its good to find out little bits of info.

Readers are often smart people.

i do read sometimes and i sometimes write aswell
well i wasnt feeling very peaceful to be honest i think i was feeling pretty unsafe.. trauma stuff.. so i just tried a half hour meditation.. it might have helped a little.
thanks for ur suggestion

Maybe an idea to write a list of activities, which are your go to, when you feel like this.

Could be:

1. meditation
2. drawing
3. writing
4. reading etc.

Hey, I'm so sorry you're hurting. I wish I could say there was a rubric to follow, but the trauma and damage that has been done results in a different aftermath for everyone. Is there someone close to you in which you can be sharing these feelings with? If so, what are your hesitations in approaching them? If not, is there a potential you could reach out to anyway? I hope you're doing okay today. You are so very special, my friend.
