Hello everyone,
An introduction is probably a good way to join the community. A little bit about me, I’m a 29yo guy who has bipolar 2, and biid. It’s sometimes a tough combination to be honest. When I get manic I tend to start “feeding into” the biid. Does anyone else relate to any of this? Sometimes I think I’m extra weird.
