Hi Folks,

I have sucessfully booked a GP services appointment for this morning, with a alternative GP, who is new, and I'm unsure at the moment, whether apart fr om my main reason, something else, if they can also be debriefed and review my mental health - anxiety medication. I'm just in the throes trying to ring through to the admin, or reception to check on this. Ordinarily, I would have preferred the usual main Family GP. Oh well, never mind, and their first appointment wasn't going to be until nearly 5, so I thought I wasn't going to have that time, so I accepted a morning time, with the alternative brand new GP.

I hope all are just about well,

Best regards all,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

I had attended the appointment, managed to explain that when busier on a afternoon, dealing with administrative for volunteering, and my anxiety levels after taking 50ml on amorning, will creep upon me and I'll realise up to 2/3pm, on an afternoon, depending off course what i am doing, now, by fluke, I managed to get an increase of dose, from 50ml, to 75ml.

So on that note, I am feeling happier will be happier on 75ml twice daily.

The main reason of appointment was, I have got a thumb problem, that when my arthritiis pains flares up, it feels worse, there's nothing medically at the moment, which could be done to help.

I might just take anti inflammatories painkillers, rather than the basic paracetamols.

Overall, I'm now satisified, with the type of appointment I have had this morning.

Have a good day all,

Best regards all,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

I forgot to write up that apart from assessing my thumg, problem, the GP junior, had noticed very well regarding my excema condiiton, notiicing how bad it became. I am feeling I'll get a feedback to the sur gery done, because in my opinon, and also that prompted me in the earlier afternoon to put cream onto my hands it's a softening cream, that had I been seen by the original normal main Family GP man, that aspect wouldn't have or couldn't have possibly comeup!!!!

So I'm very pleased whom I have only been seen by a couple of time, via t he 2nd brand new junior GP.

My thumb isn't too bad, then again, for different set of condiitons, I took paracetamol, this morning, so it is ok at the moment typing wise. And will be knitting also.

Have a good day all,

Best regards all.

Hi Folks,

I have been able to be booked in for a GP senior in chief preferred, appointment today for at 4pm.

He knows the history of my mental h ealth case, extremely well, and I prefer, the particular GP Senior.

Once I know for sure, thereafter I have discussed the mental health intrusive thoughts, and heard voices, with the GP, and know the outcome of the result of the appointment, whether if it will be a productive, one, is another thought, ha ha, complimentary laughing, I shall do a debriefing, in the evening today.

Have a good day all,

Best regards, all.
