I am not sure if a book can help as much as therapy with a trained therapist who will help you slowly work through things. I do understand you want a book though. I hope you can find one.

Like the book "girl interrupted" Susanna Kayson
"Hello I want to die please help me" (explains new therapies in a later chapter) Anna Mehler
"Brain on fire, my month of madness" Susanah Cahalan
"Hurry down sunshine" Michael Greenberg
A behaviour neuroscience textbook
"On a scale from one to ten". Ceylon Scott
