Okay im on my second day of not smoking, hubby and i have given up together and we are trying hard to keep at it they say the first few days are the hardest. im just hoping it wont have a knock on effect on my mental health, i want to give up smoking, but i dont want it to effect my mental health.
Anyone else succeeded in given up and it having minimal effects on their mental health?
