Oh they're just so rubbish!
I've been seeing them now for about two weeks, keep trying to not see them again but they insist on putting me on this 72 hour monitoring thing?! I used to trot along to the centre to see them, but last time I saw them they said they needed to see me in my own home? So they were due Tuesday, no show then they rang Wednesday no apology for not turning up just wanted to rebook! Another no show Thursday although they rang later to apologise, we're due 50 minutes ago - another no show!
Rubbish rubbish team!

FFS no wonder people get so annoyed with them.

If I was you I would march in the centre and do a sit in but then maybe it's not a good idea to do that there

In all seriousness I would go to the centre and explain how annoyed and upset you are over this.

Take care Sparkly

I'm sorry they are messing you around so much, it's doesn't take anything to be courteous and apologise for being late and/or not showing up.

Really what's wrong with a quick phone call as soon as you know you're going to be late? Seems like common courtesy if people are waiting for you.

It really does my head in.
When a person is suffering mental distress, to be late, or not turn up is cruel.
It's leaving a person in pain - in fact, it is CAUSING a person pain to be late or not show.
It's so bad. I don't understand why they do it, and how they are allowed to do it.

My sympathies
:hug1:

So sorry for you.

That is not good. I'm really shocked that this happens, and it seems to a few people, I don't understand why someone can't make contact and apologise and set up a new appointment, makes me fear that MH teams are possibly treating people who suffer with MH problems Very unfairly going by the comments here :(
Hope it gets sorted soon x

The CT and the CMHT in my area are a waste of space. I will never, ever so long as I live, willingly work with them again, or even speak with them. If they ever seek to use compulsion, it will be the most counterproductive and dispiriting experience of their careers - guaranteed :curseyou:
