Hello,
Does anyong have any technique they use to get themselves up? I'm fully aware that it's a complete cycle what I've got into now - as in, I wake up late, miss a lecture, panic, have to rush to do work, but because I've slept in late, I can't get to sleep on time...soo....the next morning I sleep in again!
The thing is..my alarm always wakes me up - I've just been too down lately to take any notice. My doctor gave me some stuff to help me sleep - but I'm a bit warey of it cos it'll make me drowsy the next day. I know if I can just get up at the normal time for a few days I'll start to get into a habit - and then I'll start to feel better because I'm doing things and getting out of the house!!
Any ideas?!
