I have now SHed 45 times in less than 3 days. None of the distractions like using a elastic band works.

I am seeing a psychiatrist again tomorrow, but I don't see how that is going to help.

Have you tried using a red marker pen to draw on yourself?

Yes, but wasn't effective. Only defense is to get out of the house, and away from the things I SH with. Up to 50 now.

No, I don't have a shower.

I have SHed today, but only once. That's better than the 22,21 and 7 of the previous three days.

Sorry to hear about your SH, I don't know about you, but to me it's either SH or do something worse.

It is the first time I have seen this particular psyc. He is a specialist in psychosis, which is still seen as my main problem.

He thinks I have schizophrenia, but has left it to me whether I want to be formally labeled with it.

A diagnoses of schizophrenia and BPD sit very badly together, since BPD is 'schizzy'.

I have recently started drinking too much, and half the session was spent with him lecturing me on alcohol abuse!

I get that. Also, just people and cars and cats, and (don't laugh!), a recurring giant dancing pigeon.

Yes, but it's very mild.
