Ok, so I was trying again to overcome my addiction, I was 12 days into abstinence but then I gave in again yesterday. So i'm gonna keep trying to completely overcome this. Tomorrow will be day 1 of my recovery.
Normally when I act on my addiction, afterwards I can shut down and not want to do stuff (that's my OCD kicking in also). SO I guess today is that day although i'm glad i got on this forum and glad I replied to some threads.
Tomorrow is another chance to start my recovery. I haven't explained it well but anyways there you go :)
Thanks for reading :)

I wish you well, Bro :)

Addiction is a hellish thing, and 12 days is 12 days, an achievement in and of itself.

I'm glad you have come to the forum, and posted. You do not have to go through it alone :) :)

Relapse is often part of recovery. I'm confident you're on the right track. Thanks for opening up to us.

Just a question are you severely harsh on yourself when you have to start again?

Sometimes I am? I'm not to sure. But for me because I relapsed, i'm therefore starting over again.

Like do you beat urself up mentally each time to relaps? It can just make the relapsing a lot harder on you , just try to say it's OK YOU RELAPSED and try not to do it again , when I kept relapsing I kept making it a hundred times worse by beatin myself up mentally and getting myself into a hole wasn't a nice place , but ur still doing a great job :)

oh, I see, um yeah I would totally beat myself up sometimes. Thank you for your kind words and your words of support, I appreciate it :)
The best i've ever done is going about 8 months free of the addiction. This time i'm going to make it for the rest of my life :)
