Hello everyone,

So I've had really good past few days. Everyday my anxiety is getting a lot better and starting to slowly get under control. I've started Meditating every morning and so far it's helping.. I have my good days and bad days but as my husband always says " I'm stronger then all of this" :)

Stay strong everyone! Were better and stronger then our anxiety makes us out to be.
