ive got docs 2day and i'm pannickin out my hed i cant breath, tears stuk in my eyes, and i feel sik.
i dont want to be diagnosed with a disorder! i dont want 2 no!!
ive bin on antidepressents 4 2 years and i hate em!
i'm like a walkin chemist!
i dont want tablets shoved down my throat.
My little cuzin of three and my auntie and her son of 11 just moved in and i dint wana go col today coz i'm pannikin about the docs.

so my aunties asleep and i'm the only one up, my little cuzin's been loud all mornin, my auntie was assaulted last night so i thought we cud let her get sum sleep.
so i'm tellin my cuz 2 be quiet!
she jus wont shut up!
i bought her sum sweets from blackpool yesterday n they were in a plastic sword so she's shakin it n bangin it round the place.
so i took it off her.
she then wudnt shut up about it.
then i told her not 2 sit on the arm of the chair cuz my tea was there, she sat there and it went all over me, so i screamed at her and threw the sword in the bin.
she's balwin and screamin now, so i dragged her to her room and she woke her mum up.
i feel bad now.
and she woke my mum up and my mum arely sleeps as it is.,
i feel so bad!
i cant breathe and i jus wana cry and run in front of a car!

hey im a walking chemist too on all sorts of tablets but they make me better... you want to get better dont you.. so maybe if u get diagnosed it'll be a good thing!! stay calm hun i know exactly how u feel!! ur on alone!! xxx
