Hi Everyone!
I used to be Rambuie Perspecador. Then suddenly one day I looked in the mirror, and I had completely Vanished! This gives you a remarkable feeling both of Liberation and Empowerment! One minute you are there - then the next you have disappeared! It's so Amazing I Advocate this for all of you who have schizophrenia! The Best bit is not having to reply to a Baffling Barrage of Bewilderment from the Moderator! All the threads under this topic pale into insignificance beside this.

All you have to do is sign up to this thread - and Geronimo! - Your schizophrenia has vaporised before your eyes! I Guarantee full Satisfaction - or your money back. This one Really works, folks, like no other tonic ever taken! Try it and see - and Don't thank me, Thank Theos!

O but it is that easy! Trouble is, you can fool some of the people some of the time, but for my part, I cannot fool all of the people All of the time! :flowers:

I have to agree with olanza, it's not that easy. I kind of thank Eloah (the one you call Theos, i.e. G-d) for my psychosis because it aided me in my spiritual journey.

Do you refer to the schizophrenia that exists, Danage? People certainly assuage something by signing up to weird and wonderful sites claiming this, that and the other.

I reflect that even Spiritual journeys can come to a rude awakening and an abrupt or premature end. With psychosis, I believe it is the extent to which it can be managed and harnessed by the owner that determines whether it is a help or a hindrance. I find that in taking a medication, I can achieve more manageable proportions so the experience is not so overwhelming or excessive. Any thoughts?

Yes, spiritual journeys can come to an abrupt end, and it may not necessarily be the end we like. I find my psychosis to be a help, but it can be a problem as well. I find Olanzapine works for me in managing symptoms.

Amisulpiride was the last remedy that a Clinician came up with for me. It has had adverse consequences, including a brush with diabetes, which I am still coming to terms with. This is something for which Olanzapine is also implicated. However, the atypicals seem to hold out something of value for us, even though we remain in the dark on what side-effects to expect in the future.

Maybe the life-style to match these weight-gaining remedies is to become moutaineers or athletes. I am afraid my sleep-patterns dictate a sedentary life-style, which also suits my stage in life - well past my prime, I fear. Being active certainly can do no harm. It all seems to present as a race against time, with no time to lose.

... from the point of view of a man alienated from his source, creation arises from despair and ends in failure. But such a man has not trodden the path to the end of time, the end of space, the end of darkness, and the end of light. He does not know that where it all ends, there it all begins...

The Benefits system does not make Anything of any of us. But isn't that a problem - like being cast adrift, hands washed, delivered to nowhere with no opportunities, no prospects, the negation that we exist, let alone have rights and dignity as human-beings. It is down to us to demand Emancipation from this Limbo of nonentity, not from anything we have done or deserved, but because it is deemed, there is no room at the Inn (?)

Maybe we should ask the Stigmatisers, the Discriminators to explain their attitudes and disposition towards us. Maybe James Purnell should produce his Evidence that we are Malingerers and Impostors when we say we don't have the Capacity to work. Maybe we should get JP to List what he thinks are our disibilities Are. It would interest me to see just how mis-construed and wide of the mark these people with Power over us are!
