Hello, thank you to who ever is reading this I just really need advice. My friend and I have a friendship group that consists of 5 people all girls. 3 of these girls have quite strong and loud personalities, and my friend and I are the more calm conservative people in the group. I tend to find that to of the girl seem to be targeting my one of my/there best friend. They will make comments about her and jump on her as well as other stuff. She doesn't seem to do much in these situations but roll her eyes or walk off. She has been feeling like none of the group are treating her right and making her feel the way you should feel. She is messaging me saying that they bring her to tear the way they treat her and she hates it. She has tried to talk to them but they cut her off and change the subject. I don't like conflict so I don't know what to do. How can I make her feel better? What can we do?

Friendship struggles are very hard.
Is it the calmer friend that's being picked on by the three girls who are louder?

It sounds to me as if this friend really doesn't feel comfortable in that group any more.
I think there are different ways to handle this situation.

You could, together, confront the other girls and explain how their actions are upsetting your friend.
Or if your friend is certain that these girls aren't people she wants to spend time with, that her comments are being ignored, it may be that she needs to distance herself from them.
It would be up to you really to try and maintain friendships with everybody else.

A lot of this really boils down to how willing these girls are to change their behaviour, whether or not your friend wants to continue being part of the group and where you stand with it all.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful - as I said, friendships can be very difficult.
