- Valley of dry bones
0 to 10 in seconds. Laundry wouldn't start and found out the water was shut off because of a leak in my apartment building and as soon as I got back to my suite I started yelling and swearing about how I can't do anything to get ready for starting my practicum tomorrow. I need to do laundry and cooking. I really hope the maintenance guy didn't hear me. Every little stressor is a MAJOR FREAKING BIG DEAL right now. The littlest trigger gets blown WAY out of proportion. My stress threshold is ZERO right now. How am I going to make it through the day tomorrow, let alone the whole semester? I have to leave at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow to go to my practicum, and don't get out of class until 10:00 p.m. and it's a 1/2 hour drive home and then I need time to wind down before going bed and go to my practicum again the next day. What if I can't do this?
