My current cpn is temporary, borrowed from secure ward staff from a hospital the other side of town.Don't know why all the cpn's having been jumping ship? Perhaps more lucrative job offers elsewhere?

I would have thought it would have been a bigger percentage that were understaffed. There is an ever increasing demand on crisis services because of lack of hospital beds yet there is no extra money for it.
