No wonder I feel so bad right now and can't sleep. I forgot to take my antipsychotic! I forget to take my medication a lot these days! I don't know why? My memory is so poor. :panic::cry:

Can you get one of those boxes where you put individual doses and check it before you go to bed?

I'm on injections not due to forgetting or not being trusted to take but because I used to OD a lot when I was first ill, the jabs work better on me than the same med in tablet form as well.

I set alarms for my meds otherwise I would forget too. I even labelled my morning one for Sertraline "funny pills!" - that's the useful thing about having alarm clocks on a tablet (or smartphone), you can set multiple ones and label them.
