Foods which can reduce anxiety

Some of these have worked for me, including Avocados, Asparagus and Almonds (they're also low in carbs, for those who are watching their weight).

They may be low in carbs but two of those (avocados and almonds) are high in calories so not the best for weight control.

Milk with or without Ovaltine has worked for me.
