Foods that make your "Endorphins" rush !

Does anybody else get an endorphin chemical rush to the brain when they eat certain foods ???

For me the food that makes me have a Good Endorphin Rush are Jam Tarts made by Bobby's Foods :)

near where I live, their is a cafe that do really good ones. if I'm having a good day, we might go and get one and a coke

jam doughnuts- though I've not eaten one for ages

Walkers Crisps "Marmite Flavour" also does it for me :)

I really recommend Marmite Flavour crisps by Walkers, if you have a Poundland nearby you can get a multipack for £1.00 :eek:

All about the spicy stuff for a mood boost here, Madras or hot szechuan or something with loads of jalapenos.

If I'm feeling really like weepy - which hasn't been for a while - mashed potatoes.

Yes i really like Lamb as well, i do not have it much as it is quite expensive now.
