Well I am really struggling to sleep. I have uni at 9am and yet I am still up!! I have tried the Tablet kalms sleep (I think it's that) and 2 hours later I am still awake! Can anyone help?

If you do read this now, then 1, why are you checking to see responses!!?? turn your phone/internet off!! :curseyou::LOL:

and 2: if you've had a kalms, then it should say on the packet:

1: turn off phone/internet (well, tbh that would be my addition :LOL:)
2: set alarm clock for required time,
3: go to bed with alarm close-by,
4: close your eyes and think of something that you like,
5: there is a 50% chance that you will fall asleep within 30 mins, 50% chance you will eventually fall asleep if you continue to live.

Kalms sends you to sleep! :) Share with your friends

that is a herbal one so is doubtful it would have an effect. get the blue nytol ones. one a night as the taste horrible. sweet dreams.
