I'm trying to find a new therapist. But my primary Dr is awesome. I can call her. I had an appointment with my psychiatrist last week. She adjusted a couple of my meds.
I'll call Dr Gray this morning.

I talked with Dr Gray. She said it may take a few days to feel the med adjustments. I suppose to call her if it doesn't improve soon. Or if I get worse.
