I'm having a lot of flashbacks. I'm feeling very overwhelmed and depressed. I have CPTSD and DID
I guess I need a safe place to talk. I'm afraid whatever I say will be stupid or wrong.
I stopped going to a support group. I was being judged and criticized for expressing my feelings.

I have not been on here for very long but have found so many members to be so very kind, helpful and understanding. Hoping you find the support you need here.

Hey, I believe that the best thing you can do is to write your thoughts down if you feel you cannot really trust anyone with your thoughts and feelings.

Just take that stress out of your mind and put it on paper, or record yourself speaking about all these thoughts. The best thing you can then do is to hide the piece of paper with all of the horrible stuff on there or burn it.

I find this helps me and others and it was recommended to me by a counsellor, give it a try.

If not, I would definitely seek professional advice, Infind CBD is great for freeing your mind.
