I haven't done this for many years and bought a bi bar of chocolate instead. Now I just feel angry and guilty for ruining my diet. I also feel very lonely as I have no friends at the moment. Just having a really bad day. I can hear comments from the neighbours, mostly negative and not necessarily meant for me. Mostly not meant for me. There are workmen just outside my living room window. They really get on my nerves and may be around for another 2 months yet. It could be worse, I know.

Hi, many thanks for your lovely message. I'm feeling a bit better now, tomorrow I have an appointment with my doctor. It might be to do with my medication so will ask her. The chocolate at the time was nice, and I do feel glad that I didn't self-harm and I'm grateful for your support. The diet can wait until tomorrow. Loads of love xx
