Man this sucks been feeling alright recently and today just kinda crashed. Depression can suck my left nut

I have a sentence that I repeat when that happens. I repeat it to myself and the shitty feelings are going away quicker each time.

Look up some positive affirmations and try it. It is so simple, but it works.

That does suck. I have days when I'm feeling alright for a time and then depression and negative thoughts sneak in.
