feeling like im going down is this a mixed episode?

i know i go on , on here but something strange happens to me i feel like the saddest person in the world then an hour later i will be hypomanic for 30 mins then back to normal. they reduced my meds from 20mg of olanzapine to 10 mgs and i really feeling it. my moods all over the place . is this a mixed episode? oh yeah i have manic depression and i jst feel so sad from the center of my chest .

Could be

Mixed epsiode is a wide thing........

it can mean you go from manic to depressed, to manic, to flat to... and so on.

ti can also feel that your body feels ready to go, but you mind is depressed, and you cant get going.........

You could be manic, getting exhausted and crashing, recovering and going off again, like an excited 5 year old.

feeling high now, the docs have put my meds up again because they aid im hypomanic . i feel like not taking them because i will come down i dont know what to do to be honest x

Your choice

You have to make your own choice on that.

I oftern felt I should have a babysitter when my meds got changed, partly to stop me getting int trouble, and mostley cos I felt I could not asses my own stait...........

i,ve found out that u still come down eventully i stopped taking my meds for a while went a high i understand the high,s r good but after 4 months off no meds i came down with a serious bump ended up in hospital for a month i,m not saying u will just be careful tho iv,e found out 2 my cost that mucking round with meds only makes things worse in the long run
