Tonight, and most days, I feel like a burden - on my family, friends, other half... Even at work I underperform. I've had to turn my phone off so I don't tire people by texting just because I don't have a busy life like they do.

I'm much more isolated and less fun to be around than I used to be and struggle to make new friends to spend time with.

How do I change things for the better?

By finding good things to talk about. I've had similar problems in the past, where I was so full of negativity & was talking negative, & people didn't react well to it. Strangely enough, when I started talking positive & about good things, I started thinking positive too, so it turned into a virtuous circle.

It can be frustrating, I had no problems in life until mid 20's, but when I got consumed with anxiety, people didn't want to know, just at the time when I needed someone to understand.

The trouble is, I don't have much to bring to the conversational table anymore - I don't have a career job or my own family or anything like that to talk about so I tend to run out of things to say.

I try and be positive! I always pass on good news if I know of any.
