hopefully just the cold weather
you know you make yourself a big nutritious meal
and then half an hour later
you're fancying a banana

I keep alot of bananas on hand
because it keeps me off other sweet stuff
usually filling up on healthy things
I feel satisfied

but not when its cold

Have you considered having something warm and healthy like homemade vegetable soup on hand? I find the warmth helps in the cold weather. You can add lentils to make it more satisfing

thanks Acorn

I tried buying a pot of soup
and for some reason it just got left in the fridge
not up to the cooking at the moment
exhausted from art class and homework

it might be I need to think of more variety

thankyou , yes its difficult sometimes to tell the difference
it does help if I eat healthy things
my nephew said that its not how much you eat
so much as what you eat

I weighed myself the other day
and I'm still overweight but at least it had not gone up

mental hunger means you need to talk to people I suppose
or make friends here I dont know
some kind of communication

But maybe tea lattes are better because there is less caffeine

I also struggle with that. I am always hungry. Always. Like now I eat a really good and filling meal. Not even 30mins later, I am hungry again. I can not concentrate on anything without thinking about food. One and a half years ago I lost a lot of weight, I worked out, I lived more healthy, I really liked how I was doing and looking. Now one year later I gained again weight and I can't bring myself to get back where I was. I worked so hard for it.. And now everything is gone. So sometimes I tell myself, what's the point? And I keep eating.
