hi Jamalam

I think from my experiences could be one of these things

- your medication is wrong for you , need to see psychiatrist about it

- you need some talking therapy to loosen up the emotions

- you need some ' me time ' to relax and do things you enjoy

- you need better food or exercise

- you are in need of company

Thanks for the reply, my partners mum recently passed away and I guess I feel I can’t really lean on her now at a time when she should lean on me, I guess this makes me feel pretty lonely so maybe company is what I need

Not great we have moved to Ireland from England (this is where my partner is from and we moved to be near her family after the unfortunate circumstances). I have a couple of friends but I am banned from driving currently and can only get around when my partner drives me as we are living in a rural area

so just the internet really at the moment
its a great thing though for support
I have not been doing this long
but maybe once you get to know someone
you can arrange a Skype call for some real talking

I have a couple of friends from home that text occasionally I guess I could try calling them, I always hate offloading my problems on others though. Even on here i feel like a burden, like I don’t understand why people would want to help me or why I deserve help, sorry if this is getting too deep

I know how that feels Jamalam
I have felt guilty for burdening people

thats the benefit of using online forums
I have offloaded stuff here , that people can choose to read
at their leisure, which is less burdening

and then feel a little lighter when chatting to people

I would give your friends from home a call definitely
