Hello everyone,

I'm feeling very empty lately, more than usual
I used to be very organized, but I completely stopped since like a year and I don't like it.
I wish to be like my old self, even thought I still was mentally unwell I was still organized and tried to think rationally.
Now I wish that I would've killed myself back then, I would have died happy.
I started taking medication every time I feel like crying, it makes me sleepy so I am even more useless and I have no motivation to be productive.
I know deep inside that this will stop but I know that It will never be like before.
Before was good, and even perfect but I can't make it the same.

And honestly I am quite afraid of what I will do with medication, so I hope it will stop soon.

Miliana, I'm so sorry you feel this way. Do you have any support?

Try music therapy. Music helps me. Listen to uplifting, motivational, and encouraging songs on youtube daily. It will make you think and feel better.

I was wondering if you had taken these tablets for pain and then become addicted to them. If you would like to talk more, we are here to listen and try and help you out.

Thank you a lot for caring
Today is no different from other days, I took 2 pills but each 6 hours apart
I am aware of what I am doing and I could throw them away anytime, I just want this week to past fast and be done with the stress that it's bringing to me
And again thank you, I will start to be even more aware about my actions

I don't cope very well with stress either.
I try to keep busy
