Ahhh after such a long time of suffering horrible and then even more horrible and dark days I didnt really see the end in sight. However I have been taking citalopram for a month now and I think it may be starting to take an effect! I find that my days are now better and I can actually find some joy in them!

Also I think a very important thing is to find a trigger for the depression (if you have one) - I have one and it is the realisation of what it is that is actually helping me deal with everything and come out the other end. Its not pleasant to explore and face it but I think its actually weirdly helping! :scratcheshead:

So to all fellow sufferers who are feeling like there is no end to this crap! HANG IN THERE! IT CAN AND WILL GET BETTER!:clap::clap:

*excuse if this post is rambly - I am just in a good mood and needed to share...*

Hooray, Loulou! So wonderful that you are feeling better! It's inspiring because so often we feel like giving up and it' s grueling to hang in there. So happy for you!
