Poor considering your loyalty and devotion to your job and employer... Have you tried seeking any advice (ACAS, Citizen's Advice, a Union if you are a member)? :hug:

Yes it is I emailed citizenship advice in such a bad way can't get out of bed

I have an online therapist who checks in once a week with me .I'm feeling like a bereavement as loved my job
