Hello people
Lately a fear appeared in my mind that wasn't there before, and it's troubling me a lot. I'm afraid I'll sleepwalk. I'm in my early 20s and I've only sleepwalked two or three times as a child. I thought these were just rare cases and that I grew out of it, so till now I wasn't even thinking about it. In fact I used to sleep often with the balcony doors open. But one evening I thought "what if I do it again?". What I'm mostly afraid is that I'll jump off the balcony while dreaming about flying or something. I hardly manage to fall asleep after closing the doors, locking the handle and placing my iron board and guitar in front of them. Does anyone have a similar problem or any ideas about how to address this? Thank you.
