Do you have anyone you could stay with or could stay with you for a little while? Being on your own and not knowing what he might do can be scary. I’m not saying he would but maybe someone else around would help. What did the police do? Can you get a restraining order against him?

To be fair it my house, I'm not gonna let chase me out my own house.
Police turned up and make sure he didn't kick off. They couldn't do much more unless he turned violent or broke the law.
Don't be sorry to say, i believe he has mental health problems aswell. He cannot see it. He said he would give me days at least of space. Yet he turns up every few hours. Almost like he thinks we are' ok'. Acts like it was all nothing what he's been doing. And that things will be fine in a day of so.
I have also found xanax in his procession again. He does not have a prescription for these....

Well best to leave him. It's not going to get better. Plan your exit strategy.

I've seen this get very very ugly....
