I apologise I read it wrong Im glad you dont.I don't use rec drugs anymore, haven't in over a year. I haven't even had cig since the the month before last, just a nicotine vape and a single drink.
I understand where you are coming from. Isolation is for sure not my friend, I do need to break my pattern. I just pissed away another weekend doing nothing but a bit of cleaning. I only left the house once to get food and vape stuff. Its a shame about the shooting being something you like and can't do. Personally, I hate guns but I know that used recreationally people get a lot from it. I started going to the gym 3 time a week to help me and it wasn't a magic cure, but it did help me a bit. Initially, it was all very anonymous and no-one said anything, but in the cafe afterwards, I did manage to get chatting to some of the others in there and it was good. I know, I know eating at the cafe was wasting all the good I did with the gym!
Here in Britain, we have ramblers association (you might be too young to appreciate them) but they are groups of people who go for fairly long walks in the countryside with each other. Its a thought for you as you could meet others easily that way. Just food for thought not trying to make you feel worse if its not for you.
I know, people trying to make you feel "better" can be a downer at times. I hope you take this in the spirit in which its intended. I sympathise with how you feel, truly I do.
