Extremely sensitive to stress?

I've come to the conclusion that my body cannot handle even the smallest bit of stress. I was starting to recover from a severe episode where i was not able to leave my house for weeks due to anxiety. I was exercising and eating relatively healthy and things were picking up and then just in the last few days i started to feel the chest pains coming back and the anxiety increasing.. etc. And now today i feel like absolute crap again. There is a slight head cold going around which i got and that was enough to ruin all my improvement and set me way back. I don't know what to do anymore it seems like it's way to easy for me to slip back into this state. I don't have a psychiatrist app for like 3 weeks either and they always make me wait 6 weeks between appointments without even checking up on me. I tried calling them a few times in the last few days but no answer.

I find I need to socialise if I'm feeling like that
either in a mental health group or drop in
or with non MH people , but who are nice and friendly people

isolating can make us feel weak sometimes
