@Zoe1 I have one of these in the home and my knee caps went I me as I mentioned earlier and last night hubby got it for me and I was going up and down on it but supporting my body weight on the wall, I only did about 8 but that was enough and if it can help my knees to strengthen i'm going to use it, as we've got no stairs

Things like this need taking at your own pace...I've done none of that light stepping since I've been :low:

k I see
I do my stepping going up hills in the town where I live
and flights of stairs
I'm having to be careful with that as well
although today I pushed it a bit

best be careful when something is hurting

Have you seen a physio may seem like a huge cost ( its subsidised here) ..(and if an accident or trauma, related, ACC cover the cost and after one initial cost its free)

I've had different injuries throughout my life but physio recommended exercises have been worth a million.
I sound judgemental but physio only works if you do what they recommend.
And even when I say umm I couldn't be bothered but did it anyway the physio I was under told me..' We can tell if someone has made an attempt ..and most people don't.
So do give it a go its worth it
