Hi Natalie ,I have done my chair dancing exercising today.
Hopefully, I'll repeat and under my Part timer number 2 GP orders, do chair dancing workout again for this week, and the next, I am gradually rebuidling up, my fitness, I don't wish to jump in, so to speak, normal s tanding based workouts so early on, not just yet.
