Just eat your normal amount of food. Eating more would defeat the purpose of doing exercise.
If you exercise at moderate intensity level, you'll burn the calories and lose weight. How long is your treadmill session? You need to run at low to moderate intensity for a minimum of 30 minutes to get the body to start burning its fat reserves.
You won't build muscle with aerobic exercise like running on a treadmill.

Just the action of physical exercise will naturally cause the body to use its fat stores for energy. This doesn't just happen during the exercise session, it continues after you've finished, because your body still requires energy to function.
If you do a more intense exercise session, then your body will require more energy, and therefore burn more calories.

You may need to eat more, depends on your calorie deficit, it is not healthy to lose too much weight per week.

You need to remember you burn calories not actively exercising.

While moving around you`re burning calories, walking around, going to work etc, just day to day stuff we all do.

Your body uses calories while mantaining your body functions.

Generally women are advise to eat around 2000 calories a day to maintain their weight, men about 2500.

Generally if you are in a position to need to lose weight, you should consult with your GP, if not then do as you are doing and try to maintain a good and nutritious diet. Definitely no restricting, but have a treat once a week or something.

And when you consider a single glazed/iced donut is 450+ calories, you can see how easy it is to exceed that.
Absolutely!

But with most things, one iced donut isn`t going to kill you. Moderation is the key. Being active is helpfull and, for the most part, keeping to a well nourished diet.
