hi has any one been on this or currently on it, i just had my decision over the phone that my tribunal wasn't successful, now after hearing that ive went back into a downward spiral and feel like crap again, today my apatite has been over the place and i cant find the energy do stuff that i want, now i have to go through all the crap for jsa and wait another few months to go back on esa

I'm sorry to hear that.

Did you get any help with your tribunial? Mind- are a very good organisation and they helped me lots and lots- give them a go.

The only option you've got left is to sign on then see your doctor who then can sign you off from work and start the process again.

Phoned up my local mind and as the guy i was speaking to,( my support worker when he was closing my case, said dealt with benefits, and they use them), anyway i asked him, he said they don't have the funding for that anymore

Been discharged back to my gp, have doubts my gp has any idea of how the benefit system works and theres all those so called independent doctors they pay to question his opinion, at least when i had a psychiatrist they couldn't argue with a specialist
