I posted about this before on the BPD thread ... So I made a thing and I'm posting an example here to see if it would help anyone else. X

It's just a simple way to chart emotions and to try to record some simple reasons if they are there ?
It's much like a diary or journal but less wordy .. so simpler for me when I'm not feeling up to writing but still want to track my emotions X
Please change /share/ use/ alter and/ or give any feedback if you like it, don't , or anything else... Xx
If you want a better quality image just say and I do a highly quality one x

Yeah, I get it. Thanks for sharing. And I like the range of emotions and the way there's the balanced line in the middle, it's a good way of charting it, definitely better than using numbers for mood I think.
It's nice but also what do you think is the value in doing this? Can help you understand yourself better?

I think that part of it maybe the value of acknowledgement of the feelings .. one of the things I've picked up from mindfulness, is to try and acknowledge thoughts and feelings without judgement X
So by tracking my highs and lows I can also try to look out for triggers and self care methods x
