ps. sorry, I realised someone else has posted with the same Emergency thread.

Phoned support staff. Waste of time. If I could stay safe, I would. People just don't understand the risk I'm at.

Thanks Shadow. I feel so lonely. I don't know what to say. I am having suicidal urges and yet what can anyone do about it? I was going to say that people just listen, but listening is important. I just don't know what to do physically when I'm actively suicidal. What do people think? Thanks. xxxx

Hey Angelflower

I know how tough it is to stop when you are having really strong suicidal urges... It's do hard...

Have you rang the Samaritans by any chance or do you have a crisis team number??

If you still feel the same way in half an hour angel maybe you should go to A&E.. They will help you..

I'm so sorry that I don't have anything new to offer in terms of advice, but maybe someone else here will...

Please please stay safe Angel...

Please do go to A&E if you don't feel better soon..

I'm here if you need :)

If I go to A&E they'll think I'm not serious and just send me home again.

I'm not aware of any crisis line number. I have the office number for supported housing. I don't think they'll be of any help though. People don't take on board the seriousness of how I'm feeling. I haven't phoned the Samaritans tonight. Fed up of pestering them. Can't tell family how I'm feeling. Don't want them knowing or worrying.

Hi Angelflower,
We do understand the seriousness of your condition, ask your CPN about the crisis team they will have the number.
Please go to A/E as you'd be able to see the on-duty psychiatrist they'd be able to help you.
It's horrible being suicidal, please seek help.
If you can't get to A/E phone 999 for an ambulance and tell them you are suicidal.
Take care

I do need help but nothing seems to help. Maybe I just don't want it? There's no-one I can be with. I'm feeling very risky.

I'm sorry to take up so much time on here.

I'm sorry Angel.....

Our electricity went off really suddenly and my phone wasn't charged.... Just back on so plugged in now...

Of course you're not bugging anyone....
I wish I could help you more in fact...

Please do go to A&E or call a family member..
They might be relieved to know what's going on as they are probably worried about you anyway and you might not even know.

I have just recently changed from a private psychiatrist to a CMHT and I have a daytime and nighttime crisis number....

Please do ask somebody - anybody that can help you....

You really need help tonight Angel and the sooner you look for it the better...

None of us like asking for help......but I think many people are only here because they do...
