So...
It's that time of week again people
Two days til payday, I just looked in cupboards & oh dear...

Instant noodles, a bottle of ketchup, half a loaf that's turned to dust and erm muesli!
I'm sure everyone does it. On payday I buy shed loads of cheap noodles for when my "nice" food runs out! Limited choice now...erm tomato noodles it is then. Wonder Wot my buddy brats tucking into. Bet it's not tesco instant noodles

Yep, I know all to well that week before getting paid. That's when I make a pot of Indian Dal. Lentils are cheap, so sometimes I'll eat nothing but Dal until I get paid and can afford to get more food. I tend to waste money on junk food and then pay the price at the end of the month. I'm not good at managing money.

Same here! Sometimes I make a massive pan of lentil soup. I love that with crusty bread & butter. Might do that this week & freeze half of it
