Has there ever been a study done on schz and efficiency? I know effectiveness was covered by that study with Elenor Langdon in the US where the conclusion was that people with the diagnosis could hold down high functioning jobs except reported ongoing pyschosis. I'm maxing out at about four hours work per day, but I'm more effective than ever. Problem is I need to be at 6 hours by Jan. It's doable though. I'm exercising for two hours but I oversleep like hell. Does anyone here have any tactics for improving efficiency? I might try more exercise but I'm tired as it is.

I am a very efficient person, always looking for a better, quicker, easier way of doing things. I guess efficiency could be learned and the more you practice, the better you get. But I think part of it is that it is a quality that you do or don't naturally have. Maybe it has something to do with perfectionism that I think a person picks up as they are raised as a child.
