I've been trying to relax around Christmas food the last few days, but I've recently lost weight and I'm afraid to put it on again so I don't know if I'm going to be able to let go. I'm afraid of making it worse too.

Getting stuck in a binge/purge cycle instead of just staying in control would make things worse. Just wish I didn't care.

I did well last Christmas
trying to pick healthy things where possible
like lots of vegetables at the lunch

and not cakes in between meals
where we already had cakes !
choosing some fruit
and having some treats as well
but not going over the top with them

I am doing okay this xmas time. usually we go out for a meal on boxing day which I hate, but dad knew I was super stressed about it so cancelled the booking and so we are staying in and making a meal together. :)
I am very lucky that I don't have any social events to go to or anything that would be difficult and my family are understanding of my eating issues.

Well I've not done so well. Doing exactly what I shouldn't. Absolutely need to get back to normal and control what I'm eating.

I did abominably yesterday with the sweet stuff
and felt unwell , more mentally than physically

today I seem very happy to get back to my usual diet
who is a bit monotonous but I do enjoy it
if I'm really hungry I do
very nutritious stuff that makes Christmas food
seem like something plastic !
