I developed an eating disorder when I was 13 and have been concerned it stunted my growth/puberty. I haven't grown or progressed through puberty since before my eating disorder. It has been years and have only recently regained my libido. I went to the doctor to get some hormone tests and everything came back fine. Anyone have some advice?

It is a pity your doctor could not give you more information. Can you see a specialist in eating disorders to discuss this?

You have to have certain amount of body fat for the libido/hormones to kick in. It's the body's way of making sure the body can carry a healthy baby. That's why periods stop when you get too thin---that type body wouldn't be ably to support a baby to term.

Do you have enough body fat?
