So this past day I went through a lot of drama with my friend that I had, regarding my boyfriend. Honestly I’m scared, I’m having bad thoughts about wanting to isolate from him. I also keep having breakup thoughts like that’s going to make things better. I don’t want to be having these thoughts. I’m not sure if it is part of my ROCD or it’s a result from the drama that occurred. Can someone please help?
