Another three hours in the hospital and its not a stroke thank god but something to do with the blood vessels round my eyes and cheeks becoming blocked. And the twitching the week before was all part of it. My eye is still numb as i found out when he poked it and i couldnt feel it or even blink. Hopefully it should be back to normal within 2 weeks if not it means more tests

That's good news that it's not a stroke but hard that they haven't given you much of an answer. Are you able to drive in the meantime?

Thanks for all your kind comments, my eyesight is a lot better today and hopefully by the end of the week ill be back to normal

Oh Daffy, how anxiety provoking! Early intervention is the key. Our parish priest had Bell's palsy and when I first saw him I thought he'd had a stroke. It took a few months but the side of his face eventually went back to normal. I have a cousin who also got it. Are you having any vision problems with it or any other symptoms? I will keep you in my prayers.
