This is a bit “out there” in the medical lingo but I’ll give you my best guess...

‘Personality disorder’ can be one of a number of things, like borderline or narcissistic. The doctor would have to be specific about which he meant in order to know which is harder. None of the PDs are fun though, and they are often difficult to cure.

‘Adjustment reaction+predominant disturbance related’ is so much gobbledygook to me, I’m sorry. No idea what is meant by that.

‘Schizoid personality (disorder)’ is a disorder which has a lot of difficulty feeling positive emotion or empathising. They are characterised by feeling very ‘flat’ emotionally, and it’s been estimated that as many as 40% of American males may suffer from it to one degree or another. It’s not often present to such a high degree that it needs a diagnosis. Schizoids often have difficulty reading the emotions on the faces of others.
