Hi,

Does any one else feel that when they are really bad with aniexty, that it takes longer to recover from it and harder to get it to a manageable level ? X

do you mean because of the lockdown ?
I was having trouble with it today
ive got a bit isolated and was functioning badly

then my stepmother phoned me
she did a really good job of putting me right !

I just mean in general hun, but lock down hasnt helped alot of people x

Maybe. I have been doing meditation for years and that has helped my anxiety levels tremendously. Just focus on the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils.

hello manda, thank you for writing, i get severe social phobia, i try to control the panic, but i struggle with it, i do breathing and distraction exercises
