I felt their were hidden cameras everwhere I went, but not in my body. I think the feeling of being watched is the most common denominator. Would also be interested to hear of others believing a camera was in their body, or just how they thought they were being watched.

Have you talked to tv girl? I've lived through this condition, It's a delusion which means that while it seems very real it is a symptom that your mind is unwell. I had (still do have but in a different way) paranoid schizophrenia. Hard to believe, I know. Hope you can get help.
I should have added that Tvgirl right here on this forum feels like there are cameras in her body. You should try to find and talk to her, It might benefit you both!
